Video Marketing
Using Video To Promote Your Business
June 28, 2010

There are many ways to promote you and your business. Often overlooked is using video as a source to gain exposure and drive traffic to your sites. Another part of video marketing that is overlooked is only using one video website to place your videos on. While YouTube is the most popular video site out there, there are plenty of others which you can upload your videos to and gain additional exposure for a few seconds more of work.

A popular site which allows you to quickly upload and manage all of your videos is tubemogul. This site allows you to upload your video to over 10 other popular video web sites. It also has the ability to track and manage all of your videos from this one central point giving you view stats and a pie chart so you can see what sites are producing the most views.

Some businesses do not have video at all to advertise  themselves because they are not sure how to go about creating a video that would work well with their business. A simple fix to this would be to take articles you are using in your blog or in article directories (which I go over in the article marketing section of this blog) and create a video out of these simple articles with pictures and text. The quickest and most simple way to do this is a program called Article Video Robot and for being a reader of my blog I have the unique ability to offer you a 20% discount when you order though the following link. Order Article Video Robot Click Here Use this discount code “seansupplee”

Article Video Robot is a powerful platform in which you can take your article and within a few minutes have an awesome video up and running which you can submit to many video websites directly from the software program.

Some key points about your new video marketing…

1. Be sure to include a link back to your site in the description of the video
2. Use videos and articles that deal within your target niche. The video does not directly have to tell about your product or service just relate to it in some way
3. Keyword target your video title and description for maximum exposure

Great article, Videos are also a great SEO tool as well. With YouTube ranked in the top 10 websites, as much link juice as you can get from them the better!

Videos are the one thing I can’t do, maybe this is the answer. Thanks

@Dan – Youtube would be a major boost to your back linking tactics and creating a viral video that deals within your niche is sure to drive a fair amount of traffic as well. Get creative and you will be surprised with the results you get.

@jetpack – I had trouble with this at first myself to. If your camera shy try and get over is the best advice I can give lol However there are other ways to build videos that you can use as back links and provide quality content to your viewers as well. That is the suggestion above in the post of taking a well written article and designing it with Article Video Robot

    Hi, Sean

I am delighted to have discovered your blog site! It will be an excellent support and resource for my own efforts.

I tend more toward the social networking aspects of affiliate marketing in building groups more than in promoting a specific product (like through ClickBank), but I am interested in doing more of the style of product promotion that you have written about in some of your previous posts.

The resources you provide here to move more toward video blogging will definitely by of interest to me.

    Much continued success to you.
